- Skilled in developing and implementing commercial and operational strategies, processes and systems to maximise yield and efficiency with a proven track record of building profitable operations from scratch.
- Experienced in managing logistics and distribution, including international import/export.
- Extensive team management and development experience; led teams of 2,700 staff in previous posts, including leading recruitment, training, and development functions.
Agricultural Development:
Proven capability in leading the complete management of a variety of systems/process improvements and resilience improvement projects, with a strong background in developing and implementing new farm programs, techniques, and technologies.
